🔹 Scientific Perspective
In physics, energy is the capacity to do work. It exists in forms like light, heat, sound, and motion.
Einstein’s famous equation E = mc² reveals that matter and energy are interchangeable — meaning everything that exists is, at its core, energy.
Atoms, which make up all matter, are bundles of energy. Even solid objects are just condensed energy fields vibrating at specific frequencies.
🔹 Qur’anic Perspective
The Qur’an describes Allah as the ultimate source of Light and Power:
"His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, 'Be,' and it is."
(Surah Yaseen 36:82)
This divine command — “Kun Fayakoon” — is the origin of all energy. Every atom, wave, and life form is a manifestation of Allah’s will and light.

رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا

اَللّٰهُمَّ أَرِنَا الْحَقَّ حَقًّا وَارْزُقْنَا اتِّبَاعَهُ،
وَأَرِنَا الْبَاطِلَ بَاطِلًا وَارْزُقْنَا اجْتِنَابَهُ،
وَلَا تَجْعَلْهُ مُلْتَبِسًا عَلَيْنَا فَنَضِلَّ
“O Allah, show us the truth as truth and grant us the ability to follow it. Show us falsehood as falsehood and grant us the ability to avoid it. Do not make it unclear to us, lest we go astray.”
اللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْنَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَ،
وَكَمَا صَلَّى نَبِيُّنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ
وَارْزُقْنَا الْخُشُوعَ وَالْإِخْلَاصَ فِي الْعِبَادَةِ.
